Good morning sisters

This verse touched me this morn. Why do we fail? We have so many good intentions...

Matthew 26:41

"Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak."

we need to feed our spirit more and our flesh less...literally :)

have a good one sisters!******************

Victory = series of right choices....

Nothing tastes as good as Peace feels!

God bless you and yours!

Good Afternoon,

What a wonderful week. Just finished my lunch walk outside. Worked out in the yard last night for two hours and slept like a baby last night:thumbu2:

We have a campsite that we have our camper setting at for the summer. When my husband went to check on it, someone had started a fire and had made themselves at home at our site. Needless to say my DH was not happy last week. On Saturday I was shopping with my Mom and sister-law when he calls to blow up because when he pulls in to relax by the fire it was already going with no one around. He swears it is the young couple staying next to us and he is not happy. Well hours later he calls to ask me to say a prayer for the couple. I laughed and told Mom about it and her response was what did he do to them:eyebrows:

Anyways, the man has an injured leg and his neither of them have a job. She said that run out of food and she was using our fire to cook some hot dogs because they got so hungry and they didn't have a fire ring. Later that night I guess they were cussing, fighting and sounding like they were completely tearing the camper apart inside. I guess the women has been in some kind of trouble and she is about to lose her kids to her ex.

Going along with your verse, I pray that we handling being their neighbors in a Christian way.

I prayed for my husband last Friday also when some idiot ran off the rode and needed pulled out also. I told him to make sure he was "Christian about helping him". The ding dong was really unruly and mistaken our 15 year old daughter as his "old lady" and offered her a beer?:afraid2: He made it through that one:)

Didn't turn out so well though years ago. We were first moving into our house when the drunk neighbor lady rode over in her bikini and her zero turn. First of all she was so drunk she feel on the ground getting off the lawn mower. She then proceed to tell us that if we had dogs and they got on her property that she would shoot them. She let him know she didn't like children or cats and something along the lines of we had better keep are lawn up. Needless to say, my DH did not handle that one in a Christian manner. When he was telling me what happened the Direct TV guy peeks his head around the corner and says I couldn't believe her eyes as big as quarters:$ Anyway about a week later she was on her zero turn in her bikini again hung up in the yard. We did better this time although I did pray before we went over their. My DH and our two spawns pushed her out of her little predicament.

Little wordy today....needless to say this verse is ringing close to home lately.
