  • 2 cup seedless watermelon chunks
  • 1 Tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp fresh mint leaves, or to taste
  • 1 cup (8 oz) low-sugar lemon yogurt (such as Dannon Light 'n Fit)
  • 1 dash cinnamon


Quickly purée the watermelon, honey and mint - do not over blend.

Pulse in the yogurt and cinnamon just until smooth.


If using regular nonfat/low-fat lemon yogurt, adjust the nutritional data.
