A delicious granola-type cereal that can be eaten for breakfast with cereal, over yogurt, or for a quick snack on the go.

Yield: 6 x 2/3 cup servings
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In a mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients (oats, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, and Splenda®).
In a separate bowl, mix together wet ingredients (canola oil and egg whites); stir wet mixture into dry mixture. Bake for 30 minutes in preheated oven.
After baking, can add craisins or almonds to granola mixture.
