  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup diet cola beverage
  • 1 packet cherry diet Jell-O *


Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Add cola beverage.

Pour into small glasses or individual dessert dishes. Chill until set, about 1 hour.


* Can replace diet with regular, if desired.

Garnish with light whipped cream or Ricotta Cream (see recipe link below). Can garnish with maraschino cherries.
