  • 1 cup soy beans (pre-cooked or canned)

  • 1 medium onion (3.5 oz), finely chopped
  • 2 sticks celery (5 oz)
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed

  • 1 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup dried breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tbsp canola oil

Form into 12 patties and dip into extra bread crumbs. Shallow fry in oil for about 5 minutes on each side.

Patties can be served either hot or cold.
