  • 1 small gherkin pickle (1 oz), drained
  • 2 thin slices mixed grain bread (1 oz each)
  • 2 tsp light buttery spread or margarine
  • 1 oz slice nonfat cheese
  • 3 slices tomato (2 oz)


Thinly slice gherkin pickle.

Lightly spread bread with margarine; layer with cheese, tomato and pickle. Top with remaining slice of bread.
