Gently cook bacon, onion and garlic in a large saucepan until soft. Add mushrooms. Cook 3 minutes. Drain fat. Remove from heat. Add sour cream, pasta, pepper, and thyme; combine. Stir in cooked pasta.
Serve hot in pasta bowls.
