  • 3 large hard boiled eggs
  • 1 Tbsp minced celery
  • 1 tsp pickle relish
  • 1 tsp minced green onion (white part plus a little green)
  • 2 Tbsp Kraft Fat Free Mayonnaise *
  • 2 tsp prepared mustard
  • 1 salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp fresh dill (optional)


Peel the shell off of the eggs. Remove the yolks from 2 of the eggs and discard.

Mash the eggs up with a fork until fluffy. Mix the remaining ingredients. Serve chilled.


Serve with salad greens, as a sandwich filling or on crackers.
