  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp lemon rind, grated
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed


Blend oil and lemon juice. Add lemon rind, salt, nutmeg, and garlic; combine.

Refrigerate for 2 hours to allow flavor to develop before using.


1/4 teaspoon Lite salt can replace regular salt.
