International: Australian: Chili Octopus Stir-Fry
Stir-fried octopus (or squid) in a chili marinade. Author: Sunrice Australia Suggestions: You will need to marinate this recipe for at least one hour.

2 Tbsp olive oil 1 lemon, juice and grated zest only 1 orange, juice and grated zest only 1 tsp grated ginger 2 Tbsp sweet chili sauce 25 oz prepared baby octopus (or squid) 3 cup cooked jasmine rice Directions:
Heat wok over a high heat. Stir fry octopus in its marinade for 4 to 5 minutes, but do not overcook octopus or it will toughen. Stir in rice, allow to heat through and serve. (Per Serving)
