1 tsp coarse salt 1 Tbsp olive oil 4 garlic cloves, sliced thin, or to taste 1 dried hot red pepper, or to taste Directions:
In lightly oiled frying pan, sauté garlic and pepper at high temp for about a minute or so. Add the salted shrimp. At a very high heat, sauté, stirring constantly for 2 to 5 minutes, depending upon the size of the shrimp. Microwave Directions:
