I am just trying to find the basic information on what is normal for my diet. Such as, just how much Calcium, Fats (including Satur fats) and etc. I should be having in a day. Is there no list as to what is the healthy guideline for a day? I cannot seem to find anything. I put my weeks worth of menus into the computer and it doesn't actually tell me everything I know. Is there a file somewhere else I am missing? Help!!
