A delicious lowfat, low-carb version with a 32% calorie reduction from the traditional recipe.

Ingredients:

1 cup egg substitute

1 cup Equal® Spoonful (or 12 packets Equal® sweetener)

1 1/2 tsp rum extract

1 1/2 tsp vanilla

4 cup 2% milk

1 cup light whipped topping

1 freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish (optional)


Directions:

Whisk together egg substitute, Equal® and extracts. Stir in milk. Whisk in whipped topping until well blended.

Refrigerate, covered at least 2 hours to allow flavors to blend. Whisk just before serving. Garnish each serving with freshly grated nutmeg, if desired.
