A delicious homemade dip.

Yield: 14 x 1 tablespoon servings
Mash avocado with a fork until very smooth.
Add ricotta cheese, tomato paste, salt, chili sauce, and black pepper. Blend until smooth. This may be done in a food processor or blender.
Serve chilled with mixed raw vegetables or small crackers.
