Quite a pungent, gourmet dressing.
2 cup basil leaves, lightly packed
1/2 cup pinenuts, toasted
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup fat free plain yogurt
Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender, until a pouring consistency.
Serve on fresh salad greens.
