A delicious accompaniment to hot baked ham.

Ingredients:

1 cup raisins

1 1/2 cup water

1/3 cup brown sugar

1 1/2 tsp cornstarch

1 Tbsp vinegar

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp dry mustard

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 tsp powdered cloves


Directions:

Boil raisins in water for 5 minutes

Combine sugar, cornstarch and spices; add to raisins. Cook, stirring, until thickened.

Remove from heat. Blend in vinegar.
