Cherry Trail Mix

Yield: 4 x 1/4-cup servings
- 1/4 cup low-fat granola cereal (without dried fruit)
- 1/4 cup whole-wheat cereal (such as Grape Nuts)
- 1/4 cup mini whole-wheat pretzel knots (about 1/2 oz)
- 1/4 cup whole pitted dried tart cherries
- 2 Tbsp toasted almond slivers
- 1 Tbsp chopped cashews or pecans
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
Variations:
Add additional nuts, if desired.
