I can't be sure if it is the exercise or the lower caloric intake, or if it the fact that I am not eating as late in the evening. One or more of these, probably all three, are contributing to a sounder sleep and a less "frightening" morning alarm. I have only lost 4 pounds so I doubt that the weight loss per se has much to do with it at this point. All I know is that I feel much better in the morning, and have a lot more energy when I get to work. Don't get me wrong - I am a late...Sunday, August 2nd 2015
OK, this is working. I am a happy with my initial results of four pounds. Of course, I had wished for more, but we all always wish for more. I have figured out that four is actually more, I added a regular walking plan of 30 minutes a day and have stuck to it for the week so some of the fluffy fat has been converted to denser muscle resulting in a volume decrease that is out of proportion with the weight reduction. I am in a hole on my belt so this is a good thing. Besides, four pounds a week ...
