OK, I can believe it. Geeze...at least it was fairly healthy(ish). It is almost as though I am on self-destruct mode...how to break out??? Maybe our little trip to the Big City this weekend will help me break out of this funk.

No run today. Crummy morning at work, pulled in six different directions...finally gave up and headed out of town early to window shop and screw around for a bit. Didn't find anything worth buying, which only figures cause I'm trying to pare down the old closet to the bare essentials. Of course after stuffing face with Thai stir fry there will be no run tonight.

Hopefully tomorrow morning will be different. Would like to hit the treadmill at least and get a bit of a run in that way before the meeting. The meeting itself is likely to be painful...word to the wise: "renewable" energy is not the same thing as low-impact energy extraction. May leave early from that cluster and try to make it back home in time for Boot Camp. If I make it to Boot Camp I will be sure and give you a blow-by-blow...class is taught by Satan herself, she feeds on our weakness and pushes the whole class to their pain and endurance threshold....she rocks!

Today's photo has nothing to do with the blog post, but it always makes me giggle a little, and I hear giggling is good for your health This place is about 4 blocks from my house...I live in one of the best neighborhoods in town (really!) and "cat houses" are legal in rural Nevada. To be honest, I think it's a far sight better than the alternative (street walkers).
