This week I slowly brought the caloric intake back down to normal levels and of course I feel better. Not physically better yet because it usually takes longer than that, but I feel better about myself simply because I know I'm back on track. Taking care of yourself feels good. Better sleep was also a contributing factor to this weeks smoother track. One can never underestimate the power sleep deprivation has on a body.
