Rough patch

Rough patch the past three days. When it rains it pours it seems as the server went down at the office and just fried itself, then had a screw in my tire causing a blowout and then the well had an issue and needs even more funds pumped into it again. I let it get me down and just gave up for three days. I even spent yesterday in bed, now that was productive. Yet today I do feel more like facing the world and have a more positive outlook on all the above, humm. Now I can not take to bed and eatin...Plan for an "Off Track" day, lets see if it helps.

Yesterday was a challenge for me. Hubby has Drs appointment for a vision check late in the afternoon. We had to go out of town for that Drs visit. It was over an hour drive and of course when he was done we were both famished, choices where and what to eat. So Mexican was his choice, all the chips and salsa one could eat. Well I took what looked like a serving and about 2 tablespoons of the salsa. I was more concerned regarding the salt as I have that restriction. Next the menu, well tort...
