this morning i woke up refreshed and ready for the day, however, towards lunch time i started getting a migraine. i thought i could fight it off with lunch but it continued to get worse. i'm not sure if it's because i haven't gotten in a good work out since saturday or if nature is just running it's course. i was supposed to be going to the gym tonight, however, i forgot my tennis shoes. if i feel better after dinner i'll go tanning ...
