I think I've been bitten by the PMS bug. I planned on working out but I just don't feel like it today. I will save my last 45 min. of exercise for something fun over the weekend.

Well, it's the one week mark and I am still motivated. I am controlling myself around the fudge that happened to arrive at my house yesterday. My husband's mom made it for us, so throwing it away is out of the question. I just have to hide it and behave myself while my husband and son enjoy it. I enjoyed a piece last night and still didn't go over my calories. Since I am about to get on the treadmill again, maybe I will have another tonight. I have to admit, though, I felt a little bloated...

CK day 6

I must have gotten up 10 times last night to pee. I think I am losing water weight. I weighed myself this morning and I am down 2 since Monday. I am not going to fool myself into thinking this will always be so easy. I am expecting only 1 or 2 lbs lost per week. (more would be ok, too, I just won't expect it)

Of course, my mother-in-law sent us a nice package of Christmas FUDGE, I received it today. I won't open it until my husband gets home, but I know what's in there.....pure EVIL. ...

CK day 5

So far, so good today. I haven't worked out yet, but I plan on it.
I am noticing I eat too much fat, even now that I have lowfat versions of my favorite things. What is up with lowfat peanut butter? It's not that low, and the calories are really up there. I need to figure out how to eat and be satisfied without the fat. And....I can't seem to eat enough fiber no matter what I eat. I feel like I eat a lot, but I guess it's not enough fiber. It seems silly to take fiber as a supplement wh...

Day 4 with CK - The best one yet!

Today I went grocery shopping with my new CK state of mind. I think I did pretty good. I planned out my meals first, then looked for the low fat versions of our favorite things. With the tools I have now, all I need to do is pay attention to how much I eat and exercise. (sounds easy, hmmm)

I walked on the treadmill for 30 mins. Later, I plan on taking a bike ride to the park. I'm proud of myself.
