Monday, Nov 26 2007 - Day 4 with CK - The best one yet!

Today I went grocery shopping with my new CK state of mind. I think I did pretty good. I planned out my meals first, then looked for the low fat versions of our favorite things. With the tools I have now, all I need to do is pay attention to how much I eat and exercise. (sounds easy, hmmm)

I walked on the treadmill for 30 mins. Later, I plan on taking a bike ride to the park. I'm proud of myself.

Tomorrow will be a little different challenge because I work. I am taking one day at a time.

Life is good.

:wave1: Looks like you lost 2 pounds this first week..:clap::clap:..that is exactly what CK wants.:y:..1-2 pounds a week.....How did Bear do? I have not checked his profile out...Tomorrow will be good...Just pack your healthy lunch and snacks and you will be fine....Have a good rest of your Monday.:)

Thanks for your support! We don't ever fight over it...I'm a little on the fence here because on one hand I think marriage means commitment and trust...but on the other hand it really is just a peice of paper....and look what that got me the last time! :) So, I just don't worry about it. If it happens, it happens and if it doesn't then at some point it will become clear to me what to do...either stay or go.
Interesting that you have a 14yo son...so do I. And two twelve yo's too {my son, his daughter}. My 14yo is also a little on the overweight side. He has done WW with me before and lost about 18 lbs. Then this year he played football and lost about 20 more! He is doing wrestling now and isn't really losing, but at least he knows what the right way to eat and exercise is. Good for you both for doing it together!!
