Just checking in to make note that I had a good day today. I walked yesterday and today, not usual for me to exercise on the weekends, I think it's a good change. My eating has been so-so, not going over calories, but the quality of my food could be much better.

I still feel like CK is working well for me. I am still motivated to reach my goals.

Current Weight: 238
First Goal: 230 by 01/01/08 I better kick it up a notch, time is flying by!
Next Goal: <200 by Easter (April?) I'll fine tune this one when Santa brings me my new calender.
Final Goal: 145 by 10/11/2008 My birthday

The only way these goals will be achieved is if I keep focused on them.
I will make it a point to remind myself of these goals as much as possible.

:hi: Stefanie, Good for you for planing out for the health you want AND deserve :clap:! I am not going to sit here and do the math, because I am sure that you already did, and I am sure that you can stay focused because once healthy choices are habits, they are habits and feel natural and whole and good--So, you go for it woman :thumbu2:!!!. . . .
