I can't believe how warm it has been getting. Another sunny day in Florida. If we don't get a chill soon, the oranges will lose their sweetness. The mosquitos are still here, too! Old Man Winter hasn't been to Florida yet. We're Waiting!

Today was a good day, I worked a little, but not too much. I am not feeling too challenged to stay in my calorie range, so I have been thinking of lowering it again. I might just need to exercise more, to make me hungier. I think I will try that first. I'm not sure what the right balance is for me yet. The scale has stopped moving but I am seeing small changes in the way my clothes fit. It's a nice feeling. I think I might be able to wear my wedding ring again by the new year.....if I work really hard. I am ready to see that scale move again. Here's a plan....NO MORE COOKIES.....I think that will do the trick.
