It was weigh in day and I didn't lose, but I didn't gain. OK for me. I am looking forward to a loss next time. It was a nice day, kind of rainy, but that was a nice change. There is supposed to be a cold front coming, bringing bad thunderstorms first. I am looking forward to chilly weather. We don't get a break from the hot and humid for very long each year. I miss the seasons, but this is where I live and it has it's good points, so I'm happy.

I am liking the fact that I write these blogs and can read other blogs because I am seeing a pattern of happiness in myself that not everyone has. I have a lot of good days. I appreciate that and will remember how fortunate I am if I ever start having very bad days. I know everyone has them, I have had some already. I am not a very religous person, mostly because I don't understand most of it, I just know to be thankful. To my self, my family and to my god. Thanks!
