Last week I really lost track of my calorie count and did not log exercise at all. I have been so busy with work, school and other stuff.
Today I am going to get back on track. I am reminding myself that this is the body I need to carry me into old age. Without my health I cannot do any of those things that I keep using as excuses for not working out.
The scale hasn't moved, so I feel lucky that it has not gone up. But.....it's time for it to go down again.

I saw your dog pic on Denise's page and had to say hi. IS that a Staffordshire or a PIt. He's adorable. When the scale hasn't moved in a while, check your measuring and weighing, and portion control too. ( of course if you like me you always that extra snack). Good luck on getting back on target.
