View BEARSMOM's food & exercise for this day
Thanks for all of the support on my new plan Operation Healthy Family.
Bear and I are about to go take a walk/bike ride to start our day out right. We did not get to do it yesterday because I worked 9 hours and I was POOPED when I got home. I should have worked out before work. Lesson learned.
I have narrowed down my working days to only 2, no matter what. I have to draw the line. It's nice to be needed at work, but I am a schoolmom and a student first. Now, I start each day reminding my self that nothing is more important than good health. I need to keep focused on our Healthy Family Initiative.
Also, my period is 3 days late. I took a preg test Monday and it was negative. I am hoping that it was just too soon to test. I will test again this weekend. <<<crossing my fingers>>>
I wanted to lose some weight before I got preggo, but if it happens now, I will be happy. I will just have to stay consistant with my walking and bike riding to avoid any non-baby weight gain.
Well, off to a walk....

A lot is happening in your life now. Operation healthy family is the perfect goal. Hubby is helping? Eating correctly at any stage of life is important, so what we learn here can be used through out our lives. Keep it up.
