View BEARSMOM's food & exercise for this day
Today I am starting to log my food again. I know I haven't gained, which is amazing, but I want to lose. My semester at school is coming to an end, so things should calm down a little until August.
Bear just started a Personal Fitness Class at Florida Virtual School. They have him doing a fitness test (Sunshine State Standards) and that includes timing himself running (walking) a mile. He did his mile in 14min,18sec and he ran some and walked some. I decided to try it and I jogged a little, but mostly walked as fast as I could and my time was 14min,33sec! My husband is going to time himself this weekend. We are all going to set goals to lower our times. A challenge for me is to get a better time than Bear. He will definately work hard to make sure his mom is not faster than he is.
It's fun bringing the family together to get healthier.
Well, I will go ahead and log this sandwich I am eating. Hopefully I can lose a few more lbs. I'd really like that.
