I am hoping I'm pregnant. I went off birthcontrol last October.(after being on it for 12 years) That was the second time I went off b/c pills. The first time was October of the previous year. I went back on them because the thought of getting pregnant and gaining weight (on top of my extra 80+ lbs) was just too much. Thanks for all of the support on my new plan Operation Healthy Family.
Bear and I are about to go take a walk/bike ride to start our day out right. We did not get to do it yesterday because I worked 9 hours and I was POOPED when I got home. I should have worked out before work. Lesson learned.

My birthday present to my husband is a healthier family. When I told him that, he thanked me and said that is something he can use for the rest of his life. :) I liked his response.

Bear and I are restructuring our schedules to work out every morning. Tuesdays and Thursdays might have to be our days off because I work early. It seems like forever since I've blogged. Thanks Lory, for the push.
I have been so busy lately, I think I am overloading myself. My boss keeps giving me more responsibilites and I am accepting them. DUH! I can't work as much as she thinks I can because I am a homeschooling mom and I go to school myself. (she knows this) I agreed to work Tuesdays and Thursdays. THat has turned into 9 hrs each Tues/Thurs, plus meetings on Mondays and now she just asked if I could do 5 hrs on Fridays an...

Crazy busy!

Last week I really lost track of my calorie count and did not log exercise at all. I have been so busy with work, school and other stuff.
Today I am going to get back on track. I am reminding myself that this is the body I need to carry me into old age. Without my health I cannot do any of those things that I keep using as excuses for not working out.
The scale hasn't moved, so I feel lucky that it has not gone up. But.....it's time for it to go down again.
