I have been so busy lately. I stopped by to say hello and let everyone know I am still in the game. The scale hasn't budged, but I am keeping things under control.I started online school and my son started going to college classes, so our schedule has changed a lot in a short time. I am also working more hours. So, we are still getting settled. It will all calm down soon. I found a minute to blog today, right?

I'm getting back to logging and blogging. I'm glad, it feels good to regain some control. My life is a little more hectic than when I started CK because I now work more and I am taking 2 graduate classes on line. I won't let that get in my way of being healthy....I need to make it work for me instead.I'm still working on how.
If only I could motivate my husband and son to get on the wagon with me.....they need it, too.

I feel like I have been yo-yoing since the holidays. I keep doing crazy things like...this past weekend I went out of town and didn't plan a gosh darned thing before I went. What did I think was going to happen??? Duh! I totally fell off the wagon. Hopefully, things are normalizing now and I can get on track and stay there. I'll never stop trying.Winter seems to have come and gone here. I am seeing big snow up north on the news. I hope everyone is being careful while out on the ice...

I'm not feeling well today...just a PMS thing, so I know it will pass soon. Slowly, I am getting back on track with logging food and staying within my limits. The holidays threw me off a little, but I'm back on track. I was going to go walking/jogging today, but the PMS gods told me not to. Plus, we are under a freeze warning and I can feel it coming....it was 80 degrees just a day or so ago. I guess we are getting our winter...finally. I am so spoiled.Speaking of winter.....
