I have been slacking off on my logging and blogging lately. My schedule is a little off.....My New Years Resolution is to plan, plan, plan. I want to be ready to eat healthy whenever I am hungry.

Well, I didn't do as good as I wanted to do with logging and blogging over christmas, but here I am, still alive post christmas...so, I guess it wasn't so bad. The scale is not moving!!! I know, I have had some cookies lately....just another pound would be so great before christmas! I won't be too greedy, I'm doing ok for it being the holiday season. I need to do something to push that scale a little. Maybe I need to work out harder and more often. It was another beautiful day outside. Bear and I got a walk in this morning and plan on doing it again tomorrow. My day was very hum-drum, nothing special. Then, I got a call from my mother....she only calls when someone is sick or dead. This time it was my Aunt, she has pancreatic (sp?) cancer. The doctors went in to remove a tumor on her pancreas yesterday but could not because it was tangled up in blood vessels. They said, if she does chemo, she has 2 years at the most to live. It's Monday again! Wow, where do the weekends go?I am doing a good job logging in my food, but I need to work out more. There is no excuse! I may not reach my goal of 10 lbs lost by new year's day if I don't get moving!
