View BECKAMARIE's food & exercise for this day
Had another great day. I swear when I have a protein shake and fruit for dinner I do so much better. I ran home tonite again. After tonight the temp. will be dropping back to normal for here. That is REALLY COLD>
I try to not just go hog wild with the food when I exercise more than plan. I can't convince myself that when you are trying to lose it's that 'even' of a trade. Maybe when you are maintaining the calories they trade evenly but I always feel like my metabolism is just a little slower than most.
If I exercise an extra 300 cal I might allow myself an extra 100 cal in food but that's about it.
I am training for a marathon and on Sundays I am running 10- 12 miles. Those days I eat about 200 cal before I run then I allow myself a decent breakfast (egg beaters, english muffin,latte) But it's almost hard to eat enough. I'm hungry but I have no appetite. I need to work on getting over the 'guilt' complex about what I eat more often and focus on health. Which I totally think I will do once I get back down to goal. Just getting there has me in a vice.
If I stick to the plan I should be there in 8-10 weeks!! Just in time for swim suit season! Yeah Baby!!
