View BECKAMARIE's food & exercise for this day

Had a rough start this week but since Wednesday morning back on track. I found that looking at my week's averages really helps. It's encouraging for me. Instead of dwelling on each day, either GREAT or CRAPPY , overall I seem to level out pretty good over 5-7 days. Hopefully that has something to say.
The scale doesn't always reflect my new happiness in the 'overall' results from week to week.
My best Cal.King buddy advised me to keep my butt off the scale every day! That has helped too. Weigh ins are strictly Thursday and Monday.
I can't even think about otherwise. That is actually very motivating to see how much more I can lose over a few days instead of 24 hours.
Obsessed much? Yes, I think so! But only when I am the obsessed mode do I keep it straight!
