View BECKAMARIE's food & exercise for this day
I did great Tuesday through Friday! I went to a Bible/theology conference this weekend and was surrounded by baked goods and cookies, coffee cake (cinnamon and brown sugar.... my FAVE) But I did good. Saturday night I blew it a little, my parents had a lasagna dinner for my brother's birthday and everyone credits me to the best lasagna, of course I did the honors. I would have been perfect if I had thought to run upstairs as soon as I got to Mom's and filled in my diary for the day.
But I did the ol' "I'll maintain today" and just did a quick mental calculation of the day. Needless to say when the brownines and vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce came out I had thrown all caution to the wind.... that was after the warm bread and butter.

It's okay, After a struggling beginning of last week and a rough Saturda I ran my 10 miles on Sunday and this morning was up 1 pound since last weigh in 10 days ago. I'm okay with that. I'm sure that I had amassed a few pounds early last week so all in all I recovered quite nicely.
I'm definitely behind schedule for the long term, about a week or 10 days behind right now, but I'll still hit 135 by April 20th. I just know it!!
