Good AM!!
I ran this morning and packed stuff to run home. I'm so glad it is going to be sunny and 45 this afternoon!

I felt like a treat last night so I stopped at Panera for a 1/2 sandwich and soup to pack for lunch today since I was going to run allot. Of course it was pretty late and they were out of my 'planned' soup. Veggie(90 cal). I have been really wanting to splurge on the new tomato and roasted garlic so I got that instead. When I got in this am to log I realized why I haven't tried it yet... 220cal and 15 g fat! Bummer.
That's okay, I will drop a snack and I am exercising close to 800 cal today. I just hate counting those as literal calorie losses. I want these days to get ahead.
The soup doesn't even put me anywhere close to blowing it. I'm a psycho.
The hubby and I have re-started out 'tanning bed' dates!

He's always so worried about burning and it makes me laugh at him. I try not to it's just that a little pink skin never killed anyone ( well, maybe it kinda has.... oops)
I feel so spoiled today... Panera for lunch and a Diet Black Cherry Vanilla Coke in the fridge. That is my secret weapon when they pull out the cake for a co-worker's last day today. I WILL NOT PARTAKE, NOT EVEN A TINY PIECE< GOD HELP ME!!!
All right, tonight is grocery shopping for lunch food with the hubby. I am really looking forward to it. We always have fun, he's my little angel.
