OK, One good thing, I didn't drink anything but Diet Coke at Mark's party. Second good thing, I ran 14 miles this morning in 135 minutes!! One really bad thing, I ate WAY TOO MUCH chocolate at Mark's party.
Which leads to a new revelation... I read that refined sugar isn't good for painful joints, which might explain the correlation between eating too much choc at Mark's party and my knees hurting more today.
Hmmm. Starting today NO MORE sugar. No more cake, sweets or chocolates. If I wants sweet stuff, it has to be fruit or ice cream treats with splenda type.
Ok, I'm at Mom's spending quality time... gotta run for now.
