Well, off to an okay start....
I was so tired this am for some reason that I slept through my 3 mile run and dragged myself out of the warm bed at 5:30am. I did 100 crunches, a few Pilates leg moves, some arm weights, some lunges and some squats. Not enough for today so I will be running home after work. It's forcasted to be 48 degrees this afternoon. Woo Hoo!!
The hubby and I are going to meet a frend at Outback Steakhouse for dinner. We are kind of regulars and the staff there is great! They make me grilled shrimp with no saucesor seasonings and I scatter them over a side salad with no croutons, cheese or dressing. And allot of Ice water with lemon!!
Damn their desserts though... people around me will order that 'Chocolate Thunder From Down Under' and I think I'm going to pass out! I am salivating just thinking about it! That thing packs over 1,000 calories! My next action will be to order a cup of coffee with s&l and cream. That's my only defense.
I'm with Rev, I think those chocolate fountains are disgusting. And I love chocolate. There is something yucky about flowing chocolate catching all the dust and lint flying through the air....

Don't eat anything I didn't pack.
