Another day....
The ever patient hubby went to the mall with me to get my new running shoes last night! I die and go to heaven at the New Balance store but they didn't have my size!! I was so bummed!! :(
I waited until my feet go numb in my old shoes (they have at least 400 miles on them) So I don't really have time to spare...
Oh well, he had to order them. I will have to limp through. Thank God I only have 10 miles to do on Sunday and my 16 miler isn't until next Sunday! I am going to do some hill climbs tomorrow am and then run errands. I don't want to munch as much if I drive around with my water on the weekends. That and with the erratic way the hubby eats (only on the weekends, he packs all week, maybe he'll make chili :) )I kind of have to make room for lunch out and late dinners.
I got on the scale and it was at 146 solid. That's okay. My big goal for the month was 135. I kind of waffled a bit over the last few weeks which set be back. If I hit 140 by 3/25 for the big banquet I will be happy. It will take all out devotion but I can do it!
I am tired today and so glad that I am not running tonight. My 3m this morning is all I'm giving out today! :)
I am so pumped about having a great 'diet' weekend. One of my brothers and his adorable girlfriend are coming over to grill out on Sunday . I am so looking forward to it! Yes, I know it is only going to be 45 degrees, but hey this is Ohio, that's a heat wave and the never before seen sun is supposed to be out! Besides, we can build a bonfire in the fire ring. If I'm really good I can have a little glass of wine. :)
Man I love a good start in the morning! I celebrated Friday with a small skim latte at Caribou this morning and a packet of 100 cal South Beach Peanut Butter cookies and I feel like princess!
