Needless to say, today has been DISASTROUS! But I decided to be a big girl and log every last calorie. Hmmm. I guess I should settle down for a good ol' maintenance month

It's not that bad.....
I had a much better run this am, 4.5 miles at a good pace. Tomorrow I have dance class but I will try to squeeze in the ol' 10 miler before 9am so I can stay in bed on Sunday with my warm, gorgeous husband.
We moved our offices overnight last night and today was CRAZY> I am the phone guru and we have all new systems to sort out.... I was scrambling all day to keep it straight. Our production plant is still at the old site so I am also transferring calls down there quite a bit. I have to say this is better than being bored out of my mind like I was before the holidays. I started here in November and it's taken a little while to get 'into' the swing of things.
The only thing positive about my caloric intake is I'm not drinking at all tonight. I thank the good Lord that although a good glass of Shiraz is dreamy my genetics can take it or leave it with alcohol. I haven't had a drink since Jan 8th when I started training and it really doesn't bother me. It kind of feels good to cut it out for awhile. I never process it that well anyway. 2 of anything gives me a headache the next day.
