View BECKAMARIE's food & exercise for this day
So, of course I didn't check in at all this weekend. I was in 'Calories, What the H- are those??' -mode.
It was okay though. I did not eat myself silly I only enjoyed a sensible (not calorie controlled, mind you) dinner out and a piece of strawberry shortcake on Saturday and BW3's for wings and a serving of onion rings on Sunday (I mean 'hello, the Buckeyes hung in there pretty good'

)
I kinda wanted a beer but I held off. It just goes so much better towards not overeating when I stay away from it.
So, back to Monday and a strict week until we have about 4 couples coming into town next weekend to hang out and enjoy the annual SCI banquet/ silent auction. I am SO looking forward to it!
Got up and started the brand new week with a 5 mile run and 100 crunches. Probably set myself back a pound or two this weekend but it was worth it. Had fun with friends and rented the new Harry Potter, the best yet!
We are looking at close to 5" of snow by morning. Ohio weather bites. But march did come in way too nice so we must brace ourselves for the worst. ARGH.
