Good Morning All You Darlings!!!
Each on of you brightens my day or tugs at my heartstrings in your own way.... :) Thanks.

I told the hubby that this had to be the coldest morning I have been out running this year yet. Brrrr. It felt good, but I wouldn't say 'great'.

I felt like I was yo-yoing alot more than ever so I bumped my exercise goal up to 500 cal a day and I think it's working! I haven't weighed in since the change in plans but I feel thinner. Lord, that HAS to count for something, you know!?

Today is a bit tough, but I think I have it settled. I am going out with friends for lunch and dinner. Dinner is covered, familiar place, already mapped out and logged. But the lunch place I have never been to so hopefully they have a grilled chicken salad I can pick apart and infuriate the waitress with.
I used to be so timid about ordering my meal special but now I can be a total :@ about it and not even blink. Actually the more I know about how restaurannts typically prepare food I think all chefs are out to kill us or send us to fat farms. It makes me really upset but then I have to remember that the majority still eat those meals and like them that way. It's just a fact that I will personally battle with the food issue forever. Eventually less than I do now (that's like every 5 minutes! :))

I'm getting spoiled with the sunshine today! At least this morning.... It's supposed to cloud up later but that will keep us closer to 40 degrees than 30 degrees this afternoon if the clouds stay awhile.

305 miles run and 3000 crunches since 1/8/06!!
