View BECKAMARIE's food & exercise for this day
Remember those hershey kisses on my desk..... um yeah well, not such a good idea. I did great until about 2 or 3pm (seems to be my CRAZY hunger time) So instead of wisely chugging my protein shake dinner, I tossed a 'few' kisses in my hand, and then that was the end of that.... Then I went to say Happy B-Day to my Momma and she had pot roast and potatos in the crock pot. So that pretty much sums it up.
Of course, I rationalize it all by looking at my mileage this week. I put in 38 miles. Which averages me out OK but still doesn't quite overcome maintenance phase. I just keep hanging at 148-150, 15 pounds more than I want right now.
And then there's that chocolate monster deep in my gut right now. That psychological craving at that time of the month.... ARGH
Don't know why such a rough phase right now. Life as usual.
My darling Hubby left a new Starbucks mug on my car seat this morning! I have a fetish for coffee cups and he is always finding me fun ones. He's my angel.
The half marathon is next Saturday, April 1st. that will motivate me to be super healthy next week so I feel good for the race. I know that sunshine keeps me away from 'comfort foods' too and Lord knows, we don't get nearly enough of that right now.
