View BECKAMARIE's food & exercise for this day

Good Tuesday morning!! Another glorious day, thank you Lord!!!

74 today and sunny. A fabulous 45 degrees to run in this morning. I may repeat myself here so bear with me.... I LOVE TO RUN IN SHORTS!! I love the heat!! I love to be sweaty, because that hot shower feels soooo great afterward. And I love when my hubby comes over to the shower curtain to kiss me goodbye for the day and I give him a little 'peep' and then tell him to get out of here! :) I LOVE that man!!

I feel thin and yet I am 10 pounds off of goal. Odd. I have been 10 pounds less a little over a year ago and I was ridiculously thin so as long as I am still as fit as I am now, I would be able to wear all my clothes at 5 pounds less, I think. And heck, that's the real goal.... to be able to wear all my wardrobe because I am not wasting money on any clothes this season, I have plenty of cute things if I just drop a few more pounds.

Running does lean me down, thank goodness, or all this running sure wouldn't be fun! Technically I am up 2 pounds since last Friday but I carb loaded allot on Saturday for my Sunday run so I am sure it is that.... It will be off again by Friday. Since my training is down to tapering I can focus a little more on losing that last few pounds since I don't need all that food energy until the race. Boy would the knees be grateful if I gave them a little break. OUCHIE!! I woke up to pee at 2am last night and barely made it up and down the stairs. Silly me.

27 days till the Flying Pig!! I need to ask Noodle (Hi Rach!!) if the hills are as bad as they say....

This will be my second and last full marathon, I think. Unless someone ever just really wants the companionshipin the future. It would be fun and different to train and run one with someone. We'll see.

10K's and 1/2 marathons are more fun and not nearly as intensive.... They are still fun to train for and give you a committed goal. That's really what gets me up and running every morning is the thought of a starting line....

So, doing good this am. Did OK yesterday. went a couple hundred over but hand push mowed the neighbors front and back yard and helped the hubby clean out flowerbeds a few hours last night so it wasn't a complete wash.

I am netting out a couple hundred under today just because so far I don't feel overwhelmingly hungry and it will make up for yesterday.

I have been right on with water the last couple of weeks.... Yippee!!

Hugs to all! TTFN ~Rebekah

415 miles run & 4500 crunches since 1/8/06!!
