Hmmm. 150 again this morning. That is OK. I would love to drop a few pounds by next Monday. It's just getting thru the stinkin' weekend! Of course it's always 'something'... like maybe Easter dinner! :)

I am making a great green salad and pasta salad and the only meat on my mother in law's menu is ham so I can skip that. I used to love ham but once again my eating habits have changed so much in the past 3 years.

I already slid into the brownies this morning by the coffee pot, but they are the little box mix kind with no icing... That was my sweet for today and I will log it... I would have had plenty of space for it but immediately into my 5 mile jog this morning I realized the knee wasn't having it. So my jog got cut to 3 miles. I met my Mom at the outdoor shopping mall after work last night and was walking around, in dress shoes till after 8pm.

As stressed as my knees are, being on my feet that long during the day is not good. I mean, they always hurt 24/7 but this morning it was so bad that it was affecting my step. It was kind of weird, so I cut it short. It really sucks when your head and heart are full of energy but your legs can't do it.

Ahhh, I have a tanning date with the hubby tonight. Nice.
