Ummmm. Not so good last night. I went 300 over net but I really did over shoot on portions (damn restaurants
) that I wasn't sure about....If I could recommend anything to anyone struggling... Log EVERYTHING!! I pretty much always have and if I know (not that anyone really is... ) that you guys are checking it out... It helps me be accountable.
I went downstairs at 11pm to the bathroom and wanted something sweet.... so instead of going down to the second flight of stairs to the base...

TGIF!!! I couldn't agree more with that statement....Had a decent 6 miler this morning. Again, It's a damn good thing I can forget just how nice it is to run in this spring weather or I'd slit my wrist at the first 10 degree morning...

Good Thursday Morning!! Damn. I really wish it were Friday.....Really good run today. I pushed hard and it did feel great. A little under 6 miles in 50 minutes. I'm no speed demon but it was a solid pace for me. This weather could spoil a girl.... 51 at 5 am and up to 79 today!!
I went to Dick's Sporting Goods last night and dropped a chunk of change... I really needed these things though and I want to break anything new in before the marathon so I know if it will work or not.... A sup...

Ahhhh. I am really enjoying these spring mornings.... Everyone is commenting on how we usually go from winter to summer and when I was younger spring was always my fave time of the year so I am lovin' this!!52 degrees for my run and a high of 75 today. I am meeting Em for a coffee cooler at Caribou at lunch. That is exciting! We usually meet after dance on Saturday but she can't so it's a weekday lunch date. It's awesome now that my company re-located we are 5 minutes apart.

I see my 'Flying Pig' picure finally showed up! I wondered how long it would take.... I like him.What a beautiful morning! It was 41 went I headed out for my jog and will warm up to 74.
