Good Thursday Morning!

Work is in full swing and I have so much to do I wasn't even sure that I would get to my blogging....
Decent 3.5 mile jog this morning. Feeling really sluggish and sleepy which is odd for me... I'm chugging my water and trying to eat all my net today...

I have been staying too far under net these last few days and I need to get 'stocked' up and feeling good for the marathon on Sunday!! I am getting soooo nervous.... :(

No refined sugar since Sunday! That makes me feel so happy... I am debating whether to take off from running tomorrow... Probably run tomorrow and not on Saturday.

I am taking tomorrow off to supposedly rest, but like most of you I'm sure, I'll find too much to do. I am going to try to get to bed earlier though. Saturday is going to be crazy busy and I need to get some rest ASAP.

Meeting Em for a latte and lunch at noon. I called her this morning to see if she was toting her lunch along to the coffee shop... She and I originally lost 100 pounds collectively together on WW several years ago. We gained back 10 or 15 pounds each and she is my CK recruiter! She is the best for recipes and fun ideas... All we talk about is food but we laugh about it. :) No one else could put up with us, I am sure....

I made up some yummy tuna salad with everything but the kitchen sink in it and I have a portion of it on some toasted whole wheat calling my name... Not now, Sammich! It's an hour and a half till lunch!!

Well, the Staples guy is searching for a signature.... Gotta run! ( no pun intended:))
