Good Morning! I am so sleepy today but I've got... to... keep....moving.... :)

Stick to the basics today. I am not so good at alternate means of exercise since I am recovering from the race. The only think I had time for in the past is all that darn running!

I did some long stretches this am and I have been walking every day but when you are used to eating 1500 cal and working off at least 500 cal. I am hungry and frustrated. This too will pass.

We are looking at a rainy, windy next couple of days up ahead... I am going to watch my 12 year old brother at baseball practice tonight, weather permitting. I should get some good park walking in then...

Must remember to borrow Mom's copy of her Anita Renfro DVD for Bible Study next Tuesday .... I may only see Mom tonight before then.

Just stick to the plan, man! Water, Water, Water!!
