Good Friday Morning!!:D

It is ridiculously gloomy and my left knee feels like I ripped it off and crammed it back on incorrectly . :'( So I did crunches, some upper body weights and some 'ball' moves this morning. I will walk at noon but this not being able to really do cardio without a machine is killing me. I am going to take it easy on the knee today and tomorrow and then go for an easy jog on Sunday.

If the knee doesn't get better with rest I will be so sad... It will be fine, just not soon enough. I am seriously hoping to start training for a second marathon this year in a month so I'm hoping to heal up by then...

Back on track today with calories... I went over yesterday and with my pathetic stab at excercise I'm really going to have to buckle down. :bang:
